Job Summary .
Prepare meals to precise recipe requirements following safe meals dealing with practices. Provide customer service in numerous retailers along with buffets and meals stations. Participate in station food practise to fulfill the demands of carrier.
Comply with all Hotel and Departmental strategies and policies.
Participate within the meals training for stores, banquets, unique functions and catering.
With supervision, put together meals gadgets according with Hotel standards of great, amount, flavor and presentation following standardized recipes, commonplace chef practices, pictures or verbal instructions.
With supervision, take part in the set-up of culinary stations making sure sufficient mise-en-area to meet the requirements and timelines of carrier.
